Produce
Kupa’a Farms grows nearly 40 different kinds of fruit and vegetables with variation reflecting the change from winter to summer. A typical line up of crops includes, coffee, pineapple, potatoes, sweet potatoes, taro, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, radishes, sweet corn, carrots, onions, fresh beans, mango, sugar cane, beets, kale, chard, lilikoi (passion fruit), eggplant, stringbeans, yacon, grapefruit, tangerines, banana, papaya, and a few herbs. We sell most of our produce through a CSA program here on Maui and our vegetables can be found in several restaurants on Maui. Our produce is also available every Saturday morning (early as we generally sell out by 9 am) at the Upcountry Farmers Market in Pukalani, located in the parking lot of the Kulamalu Shopping Center. See our Farmer's Market page for more detailed information.
